Required Qualifications

6 months of customer service call center experience or equivalent
customer service experience in relevant industries
Proficient PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple
applications during calls
Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in products and
regulations
