A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Executive
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of competitive executive
compensation programs
Design and implement short- and long-term incentive plans aligned
with business objectives
Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation
programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in executive compensation at a publicly
traded company
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CCP
certification preferred
Deep understanding of SEC regulations and tax regulations related
to executive compensation
Strong business and financial acumen
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and manage multiple
tasks effectively
