A company is looking for a Collections Agent - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due
accounts
Secure payments on accounts that are past due
Maintain confidentiality while exchanging accurate information over
the phone
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
FDCPA knowledge preferred
Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work: 25 mbps
