Job Description:
A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for
achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance &
Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance &
Insurance products and delivers Profit Gap Analysis results
Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and
participates in group sales training and meetings
Utilizes sales reporting tools and tracks sales performance while
communicating updates to supervisors
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably
with 3+ years in F&I
A proven track record in new car automotive retail, particularly in
F&I and Sales Management
OMVIC certification (Ontario only)
A high level of energy and a positive attitude
