Job Description:
A company is looking for a Private Bank Commercial Operations
Loan Closer II.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure loans are closed and documented in accordance with credit
approval procedures
Accurately book loans into the loan accounting system and manage a
loan pipeline of 25 transactions
Perform due diligence tasks and ensure all pre-closing conditions
are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in a business/commercial lending
environment
Solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's
Degree or higher preferred
3+ years of customer service experience
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management
skills
