A company is looking for a Regional Facility Coordinator -
West.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall facility management services and address client
inquiries
Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs, and manage
work orders
Assist with site inspections and monitor vendor performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in facility management or related field
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with vendor management and service delivery
Proficiency in using work order and billing systems
