Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support
Representative (Recreation).
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
Field troubleshooting questions regarding software and additional
services
Train customers on software utilization and assist with data
conversion
Required Qualifications
Ability to work until 8pm EST or later on weekdays
Prior experience in software support via phone, chat, and/or
email
Personal or professional experience in the recreation space
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior customer service experience
