Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Specialist for a contract
position that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to complex inquiries from consumers via phone, email, and
written correspondence
Adhere to protocols and procedures provided by project management
and supervisors
Create and update scripting and procedures to ensure project goals
are met efficiently
Required Qualifications
Education: JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law
degree and LLM
Dedicated virtual workplace for handling confidential and
consumer-facing calls
Outstanding computer literacy, particularly with MS Office
Suite
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Meticulous recordkeeping skills in accordance with company
protocol
