Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax to oversee all
aspects of tax planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tax strategies to maximize tax losses and align
with business objectives
Provide leadership to the tax team and oversee all tax-related
activities
Ensure compliance with tax laws and manage the preparation and
filing of tax returns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Master's degree preferred
CPA, CFA, MBT, or JD in Tax required
8+ years of experience in real estate tax compliance
Solid experience in Subchapter K of the Internal Revenue Code
Proven expertise in UPREIT taxation and real estate partnership
taxation
