Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate of New Business
Implementation to join their Group Protection Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of assigned client groups, ensuring all
necessary information is collected and coordinating with internal
and external partners
Oversee the case installation process for basic plans, including
system configuration, policy generation, and member enrollment
Provide education and updates to customers regarding implementation
timelines and processes
Required Qualifications
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-2+ years of experience in customer service, product and/or
service implementation, and/or project management
Experience with Group Protection Products is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word,
Teams, etc.)
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
workload effectively
