Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Compliance Program Manager,
Americas Account Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to enhance the AML compliance
framework in line with business and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with business leaders to identify compliance risks and
develop appropriate AML mitigations
Oversee the implementation of AML-related technologies and manage
AML-related projects, including resource planning and stakeholder
communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal,
governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention
Experience in establishing partnerships with internal and external
teams for executing initiatives
4+ years of program or project management experience
Combined 5+ years of KYC or AML-related experience
