Job Description Job Description Flooring and home improvement company based out of Laguna Niguel is experiencing significant demand and is seeking additional motivated individuals in the role of Sales & Project Manager to join our team to drive both sales and project management efforts. The primary duties of the role include: In-Store Sales and Consultations: Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers in-store. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer loyalty. Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs and preferences. Home Measurements and Estimates: Visit customer homes to take precise measurements. Prepare detailed estimates based on measurements, product selections, and labor costs. Ensure estimates are accurate and competitive, while aligning with company pricing guidelines. Lead and Bid Follow-Up: Track and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers. Manage and review bids, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients. Maintain records of all leads and bids for performance tracking and reporting. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of jobsite management, including installation coordination and scheduling. Work with office staff to order materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites. Track job costs and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Relevant experience in sales and project management, preferably within the home remodeling industry. Strong knowledge of home remodeling and flooring products, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits. You will have several opportunities and jobs in different phases of the process at the same time, so people and time management skills are critical.
