Earning Potential: $5,000$10,000 per month Compensation Options:
Commission-only, base pay, or hybrid (base commission) What Youll
Do Engage homeowners face-to-face to educate them on how solar can
lower or eliminate their electric bills. Conduct personalized
energy assessments and design solar systems that fit each
homeowners needs. Generate leads through door-to-door outreach,
community networking, and referrals. Manage the full sales cycle
from consultation to close with support from our project management
team. Stay up to date on solar incentives, rebates, and financing
programs. What You Bring Great communication and people skills
youre confident, friendly, and professional. A self-starter mindset
and the drive to exceed sales goals. Sales experience is a plus,
but we also welcome fast learners who want to grow. Must have a
valid drivers license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
