products, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Solar
Field Sales Manager to help grow our team and take our success to
the next level. If you are an experienced solar sales professional
with a passion for being in the field every day, this is your
opportunity to ride alongside our current sales reps, train and
mentor, and close your own leads. This isn’t just a job, it’s a
path to leadership with a high income potential (uncapped), working
with a consistent stream of strong solar leads and an established
sales team. Offering a strong base salary of $65K–$80K, then
elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides,
realistic take-home of $200K–$300K with no cap on your potential!
Responsibilities: Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train,
develop, and sharpen their skills. Mentor and coach the existing
team to improve performance and close rates. Close your own leads
to drive personal and team success. Collaborate with the Solar
Sales Manager to expand the sales team. Implement best practices to
optimize lead-to-close efficiency. Monitor team performance and
provide constructive feedback to push growth. Ensure exceptional
customer satisfaction through every step of the process. Stay
updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the
team competitive. Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of
in-person solar sales experience. At least one (1) year of solar
sales management experience. Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs. Proven
track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the solar
industry, including products, services, and market trends.
Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a
plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
