A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall sales operations strategy to
support revenue goals
Oversee forecasting, territory planning, and performance analytics
for informed decision-making
Lead and scale a high-performing Sales Operations team while
ensuring operational alignment across departments
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in driving sales performance through operational
leadership
Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM and BI tools
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a
plus
Experience in building or scaling sales operations in a high-growth
environment is preferred
