Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Call Center Agent to manage
customer interactions and service scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via various communication
channels
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience in a phone-based role
Experience in the home services industry preferred
Ability to multitask and type at least 40 WPM
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
