Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart
devices
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and
assisting with product selection
Guide customers through the purchasing process and meet performance
targets for bonuses
Required Qualifications
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED
At least six months experience in customer service
High-speed internet access with specified requirements
Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
