Job Description:
Essential Job Function/Duties/Responsibilities
- Order Entry, Schedule delivery, and all aspect of order and
shipping processes in Mas500 & GOOSS: (Create SO and PO, pull in
and push out ship date per customers' requests, update ship date to
customers, update SO and PO per customers' requests.)
- Creating material preparation orders in GOOSS, and tracking these
orders
- Contacting the factory as necessary when responses are not
received on orders
- Handling hub orders and activities (if OEM account is being
assigned)
- Working with the factory and contract manufacturers/end customers
to update/finalize forecasts on weekly basis
- Working with our Reps and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to
increase our business
- Issuing quotations per RSM's instructions
- Answering inquiries from distributors/customers, Reps and RMS via
emails and phone
- Handling inquiries from our CRM system
- Handling inquiries for our Disty Registration Program (if Disty
account is being assigned)
- Handling Stock Rotation from distributors quarterly (if Disty
account is being assigned)
- Managing inventory level for customers
- Creating weekly / monthly reports
- Conduct and follow up RMA (return item)
- Receive and answer inquiries regarding the products from
customers
- General Clerical duties
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified or
changed at any time at the Company's discretion. Changes may be
made formally, informally either verbally or in writing.
Education/Experience/Requirement
- Min. 3 years of experiences as inside sales (in
components/devices manufacturing industry is preferred)
- Customer service oriented- speaking and writing
- Highly self-motivated
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing
- Teachable and team-work oriented
- Detail oriented
- Experiences with web-based ordering/business software application
(ERP system)
- Capable of effectively handling all aspects of order and delivery
schedules of major overseas production programs.
- Excellent experiences in customer support via phone, email,
fax
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel is a must)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the
ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external
groups
- Experiences in project management and forecasting, inventory
control at multiple locations
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- To be able to generate various reports of accounts' performance
to C-Level.
- To be able to attend weekly conference call with the factory's
planning team, and to be able to work over time if needed.
