Job Description:
Job Description We are looking for a full-time solution-savvy
Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. The
primary responsibility is account management including relationship
management, creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing
customer renewals, and overseeing territory expansions. You will be
individually responsible for small and medium-sized accounts and
work in tandem with other members of the team. We are looking for a
smart and driven professional committed to delivering the best
services and the right solutions to our customers. The ideal
candidate should have an aptitude for sales, be comfortable with
being part of a growing department, be quick on their feet,
adaptable to change, and ready to take ownership of their role.
Responsible for customer accounts, including: Develop lasting and
helpful relationships with customers Communicate with customers on
a regular basis in a way that adds value Learn customer's
objectives and up-selling the appropriate tools Complete sales with
specific customers Schedule follow-ups with customers and gather
feedback Stay up to date on all industry compliance standards and
protocols Requirements: Undergraduate Degree is preferred with 1-2
years of work experience Relevant experience in one or more of the
following areas: customer service, marketing, sales, or account
management A basic understanding of customer service principles
Excellent communication skills Must be willing to travel
occasionally We are experiencing tremendous growth, so the ability
to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment is necessary PLEASE
