Thissales position requires the ability to develop & present a valueproposition, drive high customer satisfaction and exceed business projections.It requires the ability to analyze a client's business needs to identifyprocess improvement methodologies and approaches. The candidate will need totranslate complex concepts and/or technical information into layman's terms tofoster the highest regard and respect at all client organizational levels. Inaddition, he or she must anticipate the client's needs and proactively addressproblems, adapting to different client environments and customizing solutionsto meet customer's businessobjectives and exceed expectations. Some keyresponsibilities of the Sales Engineer include: Developand maintain an annual sales plan. Present the sales plan to the leadershipteam and manage daily efforts toward that plan Develop and maintain a networking and cold/warm calling plan to identify andcontact new prospects and find/create new opportunities Document business development activities through the company supplied CRM Develop and maintain an accurate business forecast, updated and reported on aweekly basis Become a resource for existing or potential customers, ensuring that needs areidentified early on in the decision making process Inform customers of technology trends and assist in identifying solutions thatsolve their business problems Exceed annual bookings target and margin goals Create repeat customers and provide the highest levels of customer service andsupport YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in a successful technical sales role WE VALUE Experience working in the automation warehouse / distribution industry Excellent professional solution selling, interpersonal, and presentation skills Technical and financial mindset Material handling systems experience and/or distribution operations experience Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Additional Information JOB ID: req327898 Category: Sales Location: 2525 W 190th St.,Torrance,California,90504-6099,United States Exempt Sales (GLOBAL) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
