Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant II (US -
Virtual) 24x7 After Hours.
Key Responsibilities
Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for
the best traveler experience
Handle a wide range of bookings and manage first-level customer
complaints or escalations
Required Qualifications and Experience
3 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in
another customer service role
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Military experience/certifications may substitute for some
requirements
