Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to work
remotely and support clients in developing process solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on best practices and tools for managing business
processes
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and prepare process
diagrams
Develop training materials and support organizational change
management efforts
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a federal government
background check
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process
Consultant
B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Advanced software skills including SharePoint and Visio
Active Secret clearance or higher required
