Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction and Design Counsel to
assist with legal matters related to construction and design
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on matters related to construction scope and
architectural design
Draft, review, and negotiate AIA agreements and other relevant
contracts
Advise on legal issues that arise during the design and
construction phases of projects
Qualifications:
JD degree and active license to practice law
5+ years of legal experience with a focus on construction and
design law
Strong knowledge of AIA contract documents and issues related to
commercial construction
Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
