Job Description:
A company is looking for an Export Authorization Analyst to
support the Grid Deployment Office within the Department of
Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, draft, and route Export Authorization decisions
Review Export Authorization applications and assist the Federal
Permitting Team
Draft internal memorandums, decision documents, and manage website
updates related to Export Authorizations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of seven years
of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a
degree
Experience drafting energy-related proposed decisions or orders at
FERC or a State Public Utility Commission
Knowledge of electricity markets and power marketing companies
Experience coordinating internal routing and approvals on tight
deadlines
U.S. Citizenship is required
