A company is looking for a Performance Improvement
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and recommend actions for quality and productivity
improvement goals, implementing related processes and
deliverables
Manage daily operations and analyze current processes for
efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and analyze program reports for accuracy and compliance,
coordinating data delivery within the company
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a
corporate environment)
2 years of project management or account management experience
required
4 years of experience in the healthcare industry required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Experience with reporting tools like Cognos, SharePoint, SQL, or
Excel is preferred
