Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Analyst I/Epic
Radiant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program
supporting applications
Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users
Maintain system updates and ensure professional standards while
delivering customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma with two years of related experience, or a
bachelor's degree in a related field
Epic Radiant and/or Epic Cupid certification(s) preferred
Understanding of radiology, cardiology, and procedural area
workflows/integrated applications is highly preferred
Good customer service skills are necessary
