A well-qualified candidate will be responsible for auditing all US Government and related agency regulatory contract actions, as well as changes in government audit practices and standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the integrated supply chain organization to ensure compliance to supply chain policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations, and requirements of industry standards.California candidates:--The salary range for this position is $86,700 - $120,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

  • Perform internal audits, provide compliance support to the procurement organization, review procedures, generate and execute training content for new/updated compliance initiatives, support customer audits, and interface with--Supply Chain Management and personnel at--all levels to ensure the success of government compliance.--
  • Audit purchase order file documentation in the SAP system to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals in support of procurement actions by referencing the FAR, DFARS, and company policies and procedures.--
  • Assisting with developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations.--
  • Supporting Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) and other internal and external audits.--
  • Review procedures for accuracy and any needed clarification, and review compliance metrics to identify and execute mentoring & training opportunities.--
  • Interprets federal state and/or international regulations as they apply to processes, and other processes, practices, and procedures.--
  • Investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other parts of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.--
  • May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.--
  • May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
  • Maintain applicable compliance records by regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Participate in training and audit assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorizationMUST HAVE

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 3+ years of supply chain experience

      • Some experience in procurement
      • Working and/or Leading in Site Team Environments
      • Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
      • Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
      • Team Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
      • Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
      • Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
      • Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools
      • Bachelors Degree
