About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst within the US WASH team, you will join a team that drives all financial aspects of our organization that delivers commercial laundry sales, services and digital transformation to customers in an exciting, fast-paced, growth-driven environment.This position will assume a key role with the US WASH team by supporting all financial processes, with a focus on tracking, analyzing & communicating actual and projected financial and operational performance versus expectations.
What you will do:

  • Tracking & measurement of financial and operational results to expectations, within monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Assists in the preparation of various internal reporting packages, which are distributed across all levels of the organization and to the Board
  • Analyze region and branch businesses by accounts, categories, perform trend analysis, identify and correct mapping errors and address root cause issues
  • Provides operational support for internal resource planning, revenue, and EBITDA maximization
  • Understands business processes, systems and quality checks across the organization to identify weaknesses/gaps and recommend and/or implement solutions
  • Coordinate with accounting teams to understand and resolve anomalies
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and associated analyses for budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to develop and implement continuous improvement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team and wider organization
  • Teams with Accounting, Sales, Operations, Deal Approval, and Information Technology to develop add-value reports and analysis
  • Work with finance peers in a strong team atmosphere, collaborating, influencing and improving items outside of normal ownership
    What we are looking for:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role
    • Strong data mining & reporting skills (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables, vlookups, SUMIFs, etc.)
    • Ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly and to proactively explore functionality within
    • Prior experience preferred: Great Plains, Tableau, BI360

    • Working relationships
      • Direct report to US WASH Finance Manager
      • Success will depend on the ability to build relationships with Finance peers and the US WASH organization
