PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking US - Non-Destructive Test Technician - Level 2Description: * Penetrant inspection of aircraft engine and mechanical components.* Uses manual penetrant techniques to perform non-destructive tests to identify errors or defects in units.* Requires 5 years of experience in the field.* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Functions and Responsibilities--- Verifies calibrations daily prior to use--- Maintains and checks all temperatures and pressure gauges.--- Interprets Techniques and processes as required.--- Operates machines; ensures proper quality control standards.--- Works under direct instructions and guidelines from Lead, Supervisor and Manager--- Assists with setup and operates equipment utilizing proper equipment, materials and other types of support equipment required for the inspection operations.--- Applies Penetrant solution.--- Moves product from work area to another station as required.--- Attends training sessions as required.--- Follows established 5s and safety practices to maintain the quality of the work environment.--- Required to pass eye examination and pass written examination as requiredSPEICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:--- Needs to follow SAP and or Team center work instructions--- The ability to interpret B/P and specifications--- Record labor time correctly through E-shop--- Must be able to lift and/or move objects of 25 lbs.PDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
