A company is looking for a Head of Discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategy and roadmap for the Discover product
Connect millions of users globally using AI/ML technology
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute
the roadmap
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in leading Discovery systems and
strategy
Hands-on experience with recommendations, feed ranking, and
search
Strong product sense with a track record of shipping user-loved
products
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience in team collaboration and fostering a diverse
environment
