Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spatial Data Strategist to support
space management and strategic planning through data analysis and
dashboard creation.
Key Responsibilities
Build standard and ad hoc Business Intelligence dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine
data reporting needs
Focus on innovation and improve service delivery based on
stakeholder feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data and Analytics,
Computer Science, Corporate Real Estate)
Seven+ years of experience in a corporate real estate
environment
Advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI) and Excel
Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial
concepts
Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS systems preferred
