Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Access & Wellness Counselor
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement student disability accommodations and
initiatives
Provide counseling and support services to students regarding their
disabilities
Act as a liaison with internal and external departments concerning
disability issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through
professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
combination of education and work experience
Understanding of issues relevant to persons with disabilities and
post-secondary disability services
Proven record of working successfully with diverse populations
Ability to establish strong relationships through empathetic,
student-centered counseling practices
