Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Enrollment Process
Specialist (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review and reconcile member records, ensuring data integrity and
compliance with enrollment guidelines
Enroll new or reinstated members and review Third Party Liability
records
Maintain internal customer relations and assist staff with
enrollment issues and research
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum one year of Medicaid or Commercial enrollment processing
experience
Experience with Facets preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
