Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer responsible for
overseeing the closing of mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the workflow for the mortgage closing process and
document preparation
Prepare closing instructions and required documentation, ensuring
compliance and accuracy
Review mortgage loans for compliance and follow up on documentation
exceptions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years mortgage closing experience
PC proficiency with working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with
multiple deadlines
Ability to make sound business decisions and apply established
policies and procedures
