(Remote/Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical
assistance
Build trust with patients while documenting their needs
accurately
Utilize customized scripting to provide compassionate support to
patients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree
preferred
1+ years of customer service experience required
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Inbound call center experience preferred
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
