Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Economist to lead economic
research and thought leadership in the housing market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the housing economics research team's agenda and
priorities
Produce and publish research using proprietary and public datasets
to identify trends in the housing market
Act as a market expert and spokesperson on housing market
statistics and trends through various media channels
Required Qualifications
PhD degree in economics, finance, statistics, or a related
field
10+ years of experience applying big data insights in a fast-paced
environment
Expertise in real estate markets, mortgage finance, and
macroeconomic trends
Strong leadership experience managing analytical teams
Ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively
