Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage the
settlement process for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to facilitate quick market
listings
Act as a representative for customers during the settlement process
and manage relationships with title companies
Assist with property marketing and coordinate with the construction
department to ensure project completion
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
