A company is looking for a Call Center Representative -
Healthcare - Remote Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and
escalate complex cases as needed
Resolve client inquiries, update account history, and follow up to
confirm resolution
Collaborate with team members and management to enhance client
service processes
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office
applications
Ability to work effectively within a team and identify stakeholders
for inquiries
Experience in meeting production targets and adhering to service
level agreements
Familiarity with reviewing and recommending changes to procedures
and workflows
