Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design System Architect to
establish and evolve their global design system.
Key Responsibilities
Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the design system,
aligning it with business goals and user needs
Architect and maintain the design system, including visual style
guides and UI component libraries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration and adoption of the design system
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role with a
focus on design standards for complex products
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in building or evolving
design systems
Advanced expertise with Figma and component-based design
workflows
Proficiency in design system management tools and a strong
understanding of front-end development technologies
Experience working in cross-functional teams and a solid
understanding of human-centered design principles
