Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage relationships with clients in New Jersey State
and Local Government
Develop strategic pipelines and capture plans for targeted
opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive proposals and
provide training on business development processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in government contracting and proposal
development for the State of New Jersey
Deep understanding of New Jersey government procurement processes
and funding
Proven ability to influence decision-makers in state government
Experience with agile software development on large government
programs
Track record of winning contract bids and managing multi-vendor
teams
