Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing Lead to guide and empower a
team of talent sourcers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 talent sourcers
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top
tech talent
Build relationships with potential candidates and collaborate with
Client Managers to understand hiring needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related
field
4+ years as a sourcer or recruiting coordinator in the tech
space
2+ years of experience leading and managing a team
Solid knowledge of the tech industry and common sourcing
channels
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other
recruiting tools
