Job Description:
A company is looking for an Innovation Advisor to connect with
customers and drive research insights into business strategy and
product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to
understand customer behaviors and needs
Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic
decisions
Communicate research findings through engaging formats like
personas and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design or a relevant field from an accredited
institution
6+ years of experience in ethnographic research and conceptual
development
2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
Experience with product prototyping, workshop facilitation, and
strategy development
Portfolio showcasing human-centered design capabilities across
diverse projects
