A company is looking for a Full-Time French Canadian-English
Translator.
Key Responsibilities
Translate written content from English to French Canadian with
accuracy and cultural sensitivity
Maintain the tone, style, and meaning of the original text while
ensuring compliance with client-specific guidelines
Conduct research to utilize correct terminology, particularly in
specialized fields
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in French Canadian and strong command of English
Translation degree or equivalent qualification; or a minimum of 3
years of professional translation experience
Proven experience in translation, particularly in specialized
fields such as healthcare, legal, or technical content
Proficiency with translation software (e.g., MemoQ, Phrase,
Wordbee) is preferred
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
in handling sensitive information
