Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Customer Care to
oversee call center operations and manage a team of Customer Care
Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of Customer Care Representatives and
manage performance
Implement quality assurance programs and conduct coaching sessions
for staff
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for
operational improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates Degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in a customer-service environment,
preferably in a call center
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of call center monitoring and reporting technology
