  We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our engineering products and services. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of quality control procedures and a passion for ensuring the excellence of mechanical products.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, and other mechanical inspection tools.
  • Adhere to the AS9100 Quality Management System within the organization.
  • Work closely with the production team to rectify any quality-related issues promptly.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Train and guide staff on production procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.Qualifications
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a precision machining environment.
    • Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, and other mechanical inspection tools.
    • Extensive experience in inspecting machined and precision machined parts.
    • Strong knowledge of AS9100 or similar.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to spot flaws and inconsistencies.
    • Certification as a Quality Inspector or similar is a plus.
