Personalization Leader, part of the CX Transformation and
Experience Design Team, CX Division, directs strategy and action
across the enterprise to improve personalization of customer
experiences at Honda. Leveraging knowledge about data, marketing
technology, customer journey management and customer interaction
points, he(she) will provide strategic support across Honda teams
to design, test and scale personalization initiatives across
platforms and journeys. Specifically, the Personalization Leader
will be responsible for
- Lead personalization projects across Honda enterprise along
with the Head of Customer Loyalty
- Serve as primary project manager and performance measurement
lead for personalization across teams at Honda
- Lead initiatives that drive our ability to personalize
including increasing identified relationships and data elements
required to drive the business forward
- Proactively recommend and design use cases to test and learn
and then to scale personalization capabilities across Honda
- Creates process and tools for developing, tracking and
measuring use cases for personalization in partnership with product
owners and IT teams.
- Facilitates development of personalized journeys with Honda
teams
- Develops and co-owns Honda's "Customer Interaction Model" from
a strategic perspective
- Leads cross-team training on tools related to personalization
such as customer database and technologies to increase business
utilization and integration of these tools Responsibilities
include:
- Lead facilitation and development of personalization use cases
o Liaise with assigned business units to identify and shape
personalization strategies and test-and-learn initiatives o Partner
with the key groups including Voice of Customer, analytics, eCRM,
marketing and product to identify customer data strategies that
enhance our personalization capabilities o Lead and deliver
assigned personalization strategy projects o Serve as primary
project manager for all personalization strategy projects o Develop
and support utilization of customer journeys for personalization
and interactions including the CIM tool
- Support increasing utilization / knowledge of loyalty and
personalization at Honda: o Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert
on personalization and customer-journey managed interactions
strategy o Monitor market and competitive strategies with
perspective on Honda response
- Reporting and presentations: o Support with preparing
presentation updates on project progress work to Customer
Experience leadership during bi-weekly sprint reviews & related
projects and meetings. o Publish reports and findings on test and
learn initiatives to increased use of personalization strategies
throughout marketing and product teams Who we are seeking: We are

- 7+ years in loyalty, personalization, digital transformation,
automotive category in some combination Required Education:
- Degree in related field
- Masters Degree preferred Desired skills:
- Strong communications skills, storytelling, utilize data
analysis to drive business improvement
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and channels to
improve business process and customer experience
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, CRM, marketing architecture
and marketing platforms such as
- Data analysis and insights creation
- Working experience with user story development, agile working
processes, IT collaboration
- Hands-on experience developing executive presentations and
pitching ideas at the senior level
- Demonstrated strong collaborative, leadership, and
interpersonal skills. Able to interact with diverse stakeholders
across the organization

- Competitive base salary $79,700 - $119,600
- Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not
limited to geographic location, work experience, education,
etc.
