A Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred with a minimum of 3 years accounting experience required. Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is also essential that candidates have strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, and research and resolution skills. As an AR Representative, duties may include preparing daily bank deposits, researching and resolving payment discrepancies, collection of past due invoices, issuing credit memos and corrected invoices, maintaining credit files, preparing update reports, and aiding the accounting staff.
