About this Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of
studios creative output to ensure alignment to Brand and Business
requirements. This includes:
Collaborate with GO Creative Directors to mature strategies for
both small-scale and large-scale projects, digital and brand
design, and technology applications
Window person to the Global Creative Directors and NA Executive
Management to relay at the spot insights, analyzing results, and
identifying opportunities
Maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative
and actionable, creative KPI's in a fiscally responsible manner
Responsibilities include:
Advise the Project Teams and Leadership along with the
creative/project staff to implement correlated strategies and
business targets
Ensuring that the final product output matches the original design
concept and business targets
Conduct and manage creative teams to define research projects for
future business opportunities
Produce innovative solutions that translate complex ideas into
compelling design solutions and digital experiences for the mass
market

Mentor staff to improve team efficiency and creative output
