Job Description:
The role:
The UX Researcher II will help lead initiatives and studies that
identify who our users are by examining their behaviors, needs, and
environment. Through observations, user testing, and analytical
data, they will surface user problems throughout our web
experiences and applications, and collaborate with UX designers,
Product teams and Business partners, on solving user problems. To
best communicate these findings, they will conduct research led
presentations and workshops, helping team best understand direction
and possible proposed solutions.
