Overview:
OSI Systems and its subsidiaries is a vertically integrated

Systems is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This
individual will help process bi-weekly, and multi-state payrolls
for 2000+ employees. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for
analyzing, entering and auditing the payroll, as well as processing
adjustments, terminations and distribution of payroll related
reports.
Responsibilities:
Maintain payroll records, timecards, and payroll/timekeeping
systems.Responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions
associated with net earnings.Ensure accurate payments and
deductions for employee garnishments, timecard collection and
processing and manual check distribution.Provide administrative
support to the department, which includes filing, off cycle check
processing and other payroll related duties.Provide timely payroll
reports to HR, Benefits and Finance departments as required.Prepare
and process payroll for transmission to ADP, including daily data
entries, preparation of timecard activities, reconciliation and
required accounting worksheets after each payroll period.Research
payroll inquiries as requested by authorized personnel with regard
to payroll related information, e.g. accrual balances, deductions,
and copies of W-2 forms.Calculate manual payroll checks as
requested and required for on and off-site employees.Complete
accounting journal entries, totals, and balances for voluntary
deductions, employer taxes, and others as assigned at the end of
each monthly accounting period.Assist new employees with Direct
Deposit and W4 paperwork and questions.Assists Sr. Payroll Manager
with special projects and other assignments as requested and
support two team members for all payroll tasks as needed.Uphold the

modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
desired. Associates degree in business administration or related
field required. 5+ years relevant experience along with strong
multi-state payroll knowledge required.CPP certification is
preferred.Canadian Payroll knowledge is a plus.Strong computer
skills including V-Lookup, Excel and MS Word.Experience with ADP
Enterprise (EV6) payroll software required.Experience with
TimeClockPlus (TCP) time & attendance system preferred.Must be
detail-oriented and have strong organizational and technical
skills.Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of basic accounting
procedures essential.Ability to communicate effectively with all
levels of employees.Ability to handle confidential information in a
highly professional manner and escalate issues when
appropriate.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to
gather, analyze and synthesize information and data from multiple
sources and summarize data concisely and clearly.Ability to
multi-task, manage changing priorities and work under pressure and
